Gardner Comments on CBO Report of Projected of Job Losses

Rep. Cory Gardner (CO-04) made the following comments following the release of a report by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) showing that President Obama's healthcare law will reduce the number of full-time employees by more than 2 million:

"I have consistently argued that President Obama's signature law will, among other things, wreak havoc on our nation's finances and economy -- the CBO's latest report is further evidence of that," Gardner said. "I am growing increasingly alarmed at the Democrat's refusal to not only discuss solutions to fix this calamity, but also by their denial that a problem even exists with Obamacare at all.

"Congress must act before the CBO's projection of 2.3 million employees lost becomes a reality. We can do better than the President's healthcare bill and that is why I continue to press for healthcare solutions that actually reduce costs and increase quality."
