Boustany Honors Military on Veterans Day

Statement

Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D., (R-South Louisiana) issued the following statement in honor of Veterans Day:

"Duty. Honor. Loyalty. All of these words describe the men and women who served so courageously in the United States military. Generations of American soldiers have turned impossible challenges into incredible victories, and they have earned our highest respect.

"In pushing for new clinics for our veterans in South Louisiana, I want to make sure our nation shows its utmost gratitude for the sacrifice and commitment made by local veterans in defending this great country. The country now owes it to these veterans to ensure their safety and well-being is accounted for with quality healthcare clinics.

"On behalf of a proud and grateful nation, we thank and honor all of our nation's veterans on Veterans Day."
