Governor Richardson Highlights Need to Continue with Tax Reform
"For the first time in decades, New Mexico is competing effectively to attract new companies and new jobs to New Mexico," Governor Richardson said. "By cutting our personal income taxes and capital gains taxes, and eliminating food and medical taxes, we've sent the message, loud and clear, that New Mexico is open for business. Any move to retreat right now would send the opposite message-and turn business, and jobs, away from our state."
