U.S. Representative Tom Marino (R-PA) issued the following statement after House Judiciary Committee Chairman Goodlatte released guiding principles on potential House consideration of internet sales tax legislation:

"I applaud Chairman Goodlatte's open approach to drafting internet sales tax legislation and I support the conservative values reflected in the principles he released earlier today. I look forward to working with Chairman Goodlatte and my colleagues on the Judiciary Committee to craft thoughtful legislation that will benefit hardworking taxpayers across the country and level the playing field for all businesses."
