Issue Position

The Obama administration has sought the systematic destruction of our founding document and our greatest assurance of freedom, the United States Constitution.

Over the course of his time in office, the president has sought to destroy the Second Amendment, ignored the Tenth Amendment, assaulted the religious conscience of millions of Americans, violated freedom of speech and of the press, and invaded our privacy. This president and his liberal friends like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in Washington have trampled upon our constitutional liberties and mocked the guarantees of our beloved Constitution.

Chad Fincher believes that the Constitution is a binding document and that no action can be taken that violates this social contract. In Congress, he will oppose the administration's every effort to abuse the powers of the office, circumvent the Constitution, or deny Americans the inalienable rights guaranteed them by God and recognized by the Founding Fathers.
