This week, Congressman Ted Poe (TX-02) met with Director General Steve C. Hsia to discuss bilateral relations with Taiwan.
"I am pleased to welcome Director General Steve C. Hsia to the Houston community," said Poe. "As Taiwan works toward leading peacemaking efforts in the region, we stand with them. A strong relationship between Taiwan and the U.S. is important for trade, our economies and peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region. I look forward to working with Direct General Hsia and the Harris County Taiwanese community.
