The IRS delayed applications for up to 18 months with repeated requests for inappropriate personal information, donor lists, social media posts, and names of volunteers. Some media accounts even cite the IRS leaking confidential information to the media and left-leaning political organizations. This egregious breach of trust and illegal profiling of American citizens by the IRS raises some very serious questions about the implementation of a number of public laws.
