Pray for the Recovery of Injured Refinery Workers

Congressman Steve Stockman Wednesday is urging Southeast Texans to pray for the recovery of eight workers injured this morning in an accident at the ExxonMobil refinery on Burt Street in Beaumont.

"Please pray throughout these upcoming weeks for the recovery of those injured this morning, and for the continued safety of everyone working in our refineries. While new technology is making the job safer than ever, people still need to understand and appreciate the risks faced by the men and women who work in our refineries to provide us with gasoline, diesel and virtually every consumer good we use."
