"I have been in contact with police and fire officials in Boston and New York. All law enforcement and counterterrorism units of the federal government -- including the FBI & DHS -- are doing everything possible to determine the perpetrators of this horrific attack. We pray for the innocent victims, for their families, and for those working to assist them and protect us. Americans will not be deterred by terrorism. We will hunt down and bring to justice the cowards responsible for today's attack."
