"Today I took part in a new and significant tradition," said King. "The Constitution is the Supreme law of the land, and I consider it a great responsibility to uphold the principles outlined within its pages. I believe that the Founding Fathers were divinely guided as they built the foundation of our country, and it was an honor to recognize their names on the House floor today. The challenges facing our nation are great, but we can unite and band together if we use the Constitution as our guide."
