House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) released the following statement regarding the terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Turkey:
"The latest terror attack in Turkey is a tragic reminder of the continuing threat we all face from terrorism. Such attacks on innocent life have no justification. I remain committed to working with the Administration to assist the Turkish government to bring those responsible to justice and to destroy terrorist networks aimed at America and our allies. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the brave Turkish security guard who died protecting our embassy, and to the Americans and Turks injured in this attack."
