Congressmen Participate in No Labels Conference

Today, Congresswoman Janice Hahn took the stage with nine other Congressmen at the No Labels "Meeting to Make America Work!" to address nearly 1,300 citizen leaders and activists on what needs to be done to make Congress work for the American people. Hahn was one of No Label's team of Problem Solver legislators -- a bipartisan, bicameral group of members of Congress dedicated to working together to solve problems facing the country. Congresswoman Hahn and fellow Problem Solver Congressman Reid Ribble (R-WI) addressed a citizen training of 300 grassroots activists about overcoming partisan gridlock and obstacles to compromise in Congress on Sunday.

"I came to Congress to solve problems," said Congresswoman Hahn. "But lately, it seems a lot like Congress is the problem. We've got to be able to sit down like adults, work out our differences, and tackle the problems facing our country. There's just no excuse not to. So I'm proud to join No Labels as a Problem Solver fighting to make Congress work for the American People."

Today, No Labels unveiled the full list of 24 members of Congress who have committed to meeting regularly to build trust across the aisle as Problem Solvers, and introduced former Governor Jon Huntsman and Senator Joe Manchin as honorary co-chairs of the burgeoning bipartisanship movement.
