Issue Position

From 2007-2010, the Democratic lead legislature increased spending by 25% and raised over 100 taxes and fees. This is not the way to a sustainable, affordable government in New Hampshire. Responsible spending cuts were made in the last State budget. We must continue to be vigilant by reforming the way our government operates and finding ways to deliver services, find efficiencies and trim waste in order to keep the tax burden on our citizens low and maintain our New Hampshire advantage.
