New Hampshire is currently coping with tragic unemployment levels. People need jobs, and with federal stimulus money winding down, I support taking full advantage of opportunities to use any funds possible for job training programs here in New Hampshire. We need to work hard to ensure that people who are forced into shifting careers are able to get the training they need to be competitive in the workforce.
