As a graduate of Newark High School, Bill knows firsthand the importance of a quality public school education. As a small businessman, he also understands that the quality of our public
schools will determine the future of Delaware's success. While the State spends one third of its budget on elementary education, we need to demand better from our public schools from testing scores to graduation rates. Bill will work to make the First State in education!!
