Corporations don't really pay taxes; they only pass them on to the consumer.
Minnesota's corporate income tax rate (9.8 percent) is fourth highest in the nation and reducing or repealing the corporate income tax would greatly improve Minnesota's position to attract new businesses as well as our ability to keep and even expand our existing businesses.
