Kenneth believes that we must keep our children's education as one of our top priorities. Kenneth knows that every school district within the commonwealth is not treated fairly in regards to the funding that they receive from the State of Pennsylvania. Kenneth will fight to ensure that each school district receives the same per-student funding as every other school district within the state.
