We need to pass HR 8 and extend the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts. Nearly seventy-five percent of small businesses will face a tax hike if we don't. Ernst and Young says this tax hike will shrink our economy by 1.3% and cause businesses to let go of up to 700,000 workers.
