On Thursday September 27th, Congressman Jon Runyan (R-NJ) visited Total Rehab and Fitness in Cherry Hill. The facility provides care for the thousands of citizens in the Delaware Valley that are living with Multiple Sclerosis.

"The Total Rehab facility was amazing," said Congressman Runyan. "Total Rehab has the ability to do great things for those individuals living with MS. I believe that the government must remain committed to providing the appropriate funding levels for MS research. Without this research we will not be able to continue in the quest to rid the world of this disease.

"We applaud Congressman Runyan for taking the time to learn more about our company. We are a leader in reducing hospital readmissions, lowering healthcare costs and improving the quality of life for those with Multiple Sclerosis. Total Rehab & Fitness is committed to keeping our patients moving regardless of their ability to pay. We appreciate Congressman Runyan's interest in our disease management program."

Congressman Runyan is a member of the Congressional Multiple Sclerosis Caucus, and his Chief of Staff Stacy Barton was diagnosed with MS in 2005. Total Rehab fitness was founded in 2009 by John Marmarou. His desire was to provide medically-based exercise programs and other rehabilitation services that would help reduce hospitalization time in the patients. The facility is located in Cherry Hill.
