In Congress, I have sponsored legislation entitled the Commuter Protection Act, which would restore much-needed oversight to the PANYNJ. Staten Islanders are sick and tired of paying outrageous tolls to bail out the PA for years of debt and mismanagement. Enough is enough! It's time for more transparency and greater accountability.
