Walberg Weekly Wrap-Up: Addressing Economic Concerns

Location: Unknown

Dear Friends,

I know many of you are worried about the economy and for good reason. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) recently released a report showing that the U.S. economy will shrink by nearly 3% in the first half of 2013 if something is not done to reverse its course.

I and many of my colleagues in the House have heard your concerns and are continuing to work hard to address them. Earlier this summer the House passed H.R. 4078, the Red Tape Reduction and Small Business Job Creation Act. It's would freeze costly new regulations until national unemployment drops to six-percent or lower. For a complete list of the more than 30 bills the House has passed to help the economy, please click here.

But we can't stop there. As your representative, I will continue listening to the concerns of individuals, families, small businesses and entrepreneurs. Please visit my website and fill out the survey found here to tell me what's holding your business back.
