Association of Arkansas Counties Speech

Here is the speech I gave last week @ the Association of Arkansas Counties.

Good morning, Thank you for attending & giving me the opportunity to speak with you about such important issues to our state & country. I would like to thank the Association of Arkansas Counties for this invitation.
Most of you probably do not know me or anything about me, I hope to allow a little insight to who I am, wha
t I feel & the content within my heart.
I have lived in Arkansas most of my life, but I have also lived in other states & traveled to other countries only to learn how much I appreciate these United States & the people of the great state of Arkansas. Arkansas, where people are great, personable & look out for each other, not because of government mandates or laws but because this is what fellow Arkansans do.
I grew up here in Arkansas working in both retail & wholesale, I worked in sales where I traveled a large portion of the state, talking and working with people from all walks of life. I have witnessed all types & forms of government over reaching its stated power through policies, executive orders, treaties, etc. each eroding our personal rights & liberties with little to no stand from Congress or other elected officials. For years we have begged, pleaded wrote letters sent e-mails, protested & anyway possible to get our elected officials to vote the will of the people, pro constitution & bill of rights, only to receive some form letter that is generic, not telling which way our elected official will vote, but assuring us they stand with us, only to have the same official vote directly against what the people have asked. What type of peoples representation is that?
I believe in the Constitution & Bill of Rights as written by our founding fathers & believe those that have not held up to the oath of office should resign.
I am against UN mandates, such as Agenda 21, any attempt to take away our 2nd amendment, right to bear arms, not to hunt but to remove those would be tyrants & dictators. And as it is our 1st amendment our right to speak out against those tyrants & dictators, not in a free speech zone but wherever we please, including the internet.
I believe the health care law should be abolished completely, as we are faced with much higher health insurance premiums, more new taxes, long waits to see doctors & more government bureaucrats involved in our lives than ever before. This 3000 page monstrosity will destroy what is left of our healthcare system. According to Byron Maduska in the Levenworth Times, A survey of Drs. said if this healthcare system is fully implemented 83% will consider leaving the practice of medicine, 61% say its an affront to their ethics, 85% say it destroys the Dr. Patient relationship, 65% say government involvement is the cause of problems in medical care now, 72% say the insurance mandate wont result in improved access to medical care, 74% say they will stop accepting Medicare patients, or leave Medicare altogether, 70% say reducing government involvement would be the single best fix for healthcare in this country.
To quote Patrick Henry:
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people but is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.
The U.S. government pretends to live under the rule of law, to respect human rights & provide freedom & democracy to citizens. The U.S. government officials routinely criticize other governments for being undemocratic & for violating human rights. Washington has suspended the civil liberties guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution & declared its intention to detain U.S. citizens indefinitely, without due process of law. Congress did not respond to these extraordinary announcement with impeachment proceedings.
And then we have the National Defense Authorization Act in which the Congressman from District 2 voted for. TIM GRIFFIN feels it is OK for U.S. citizens to be arrested without trail, due process, or to even know what they are charged with.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that police in the U.S. can strip search anyone they arrest, no matter how minor the crime, even for TRAFFIC violations. The forth amendment says the people have the right to be secure in their persons, house, papers & effects against unreasonable searches & seizures, shall not be violated, & no warrants shall be issued.
We all know that our nation is in grave danger as the Obama administration fights the court ordered ban on indefinite detention of Americans. Is this how he holds his oath to the Constitution?
We have Department of Homeland security & U.S. military making preparations for MARTIAL LAW.
Federal courts upholding the herding of demonstrators into so called FREE SPEECH ZONES.
And the U.S. Army depicting a shocking scenario in which the U.S. Army is used to restore order to a town that has been seized by Tea Party insurrectionist. Is this why both Democrats & Republicans are calling to disarm the American people?

We have counted the cost of this contest & find nothing so dreadful as volunteer slavery- Honor, Justice, & Humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we receive from our gallant ancestors, & which our innocent posterity have right to receive from us. We can not endure the infamy & guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them, If we basely entail heredity bondage upon them.

I will fight to insure we do not have to endure this infamy & our children's guilt.

I would like to work to restore the U.S. Constitution, the bedrock of our freedom, as the rule of law.

End the fascist money monopoly of Wall Streets Federal Reserve.

Quit policing the world & meddling in the affairs of foreign nations & private citizens.

Re-establish WE THE PEOPLE as the true owners of the Government.

For anything significant to change, we must stop playing follow the leader & we must lead ourselves individually . Self leadership can not be bought, given, or imposed. It has to come from within. It begins with expecting nothing from your leaders & understanding that everything has to come from you. It means having the courage not to cower to power. The dignity to claim your rightful & sacred place on earth. To respect yourself, demand it from others & show respect to all who merit it... Regardless of Class or Status. The integrity to keep & live by your word. And the passion to live a life of meaning & conviction, for your heart to feel what your mind knows.

Let us not forget that the Tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of Patriots & tyrants.
Will we stand together with the voice of United We Stand, for each of our natural born God given rights, to our lives, our Liberties & our pursuit of happiness. Their is no We the People until I the Person speaks out.

To quote in my opinion the truly greatest Statesman of our United States:
The Bill of rights is what the people are entitled to against every government, & what no just government should refuse or rest on inference.

I have chosen to speak loud now against those who will not support and protect our Constitutional rights, as I would rather speak while I can, as opposed to going out with a whimper or sigh latter.
Let it not be said that their were not those who spoke against the dismantling of our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Albert Einstein stated:
The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over & over again and expect a different result.
Is this any different than sending these same Democrats or Republicans back to Washington & expecting a different result? ESPECIALLY The Congressman from District 2, (TIM GRIFFIN)
Why not give the people running as Libertarians, who truly are for life, liberty, & pursuit of happiness your vote, & truly get a UNITED STATES of AMERICANS result.
