Issues: Senior Citizens Entitlements and the Safety Net Health Insurance

Obamacare must be repealed and replaced. Too many doctors in Texas have opted out of Medicare program which will hurt our seniors. The current trend is that the more qualified and specialized doctors are now opting towards a "Concierge" type practice, which adds to the decline of physicians available to take care of our nation's aging population, including El Paso's.
