Investing in education is the financially smart choice. We invest now or we pay more in the future. It is time to stop borrowing from our children's future with cheap budget gimmicks that wreak havoc on our school districts and leave them at the mercy of levies.
As your State Representative, I will work hard to ensure we follow through with:
* Making Minnesota the "brain power" state once again.
* Bridging the opportunity and achievement gap.
* Supporting a reduction in class sizes.
* Encouraging strong parental involvement.
* Supporting proper funding for mandates.
* Creating a fair system that supports good teachers.
