Minnesota is the nation's leader in health care, and we must not surrender our lead to a federalized approach under Obamacare, which our own government projects will dramatically increase the cost of health care in our nation. That leads directly to rationing our health care and cutting payments to health care providers! More than 93% of Minnesotans have access to quality health care coverage, and we have the tools to make sure the remaining people get the health care they need. I will continue leading the way toward common sense, patient-centered, market-based reforms that move Minnesota forward, providing greater access to higher quality, more affordable health care.
