Issue Position

The fact is, the Republican and Democratic Parties have made sure that our Immigration Laws simply don't apply anymore.

Another fact is, they have also made sure we "make believe" we are protecting our Borders. We simply do NOT have Borders anymore.

No country on earth has "NO BORDERS".

My plan is simple:

I want all Border Patrol to stay, slowly reducing their numbers over 10 years, (SAVING THE TAXPAYER TRILLIONS, TO BE USED FOR HEALTH CARE AND INDIGENT CARE PROGRAMS)

ALONG WITH our National Guard on our Borders, (that is why they are called our NATIONAL GUARD), on both the Southern part and Northern part of the U.S. Then have our Navy and Coast Guard patrolling our East and West shores.

This will save the American Taxpayer Trillions and will use our Military in a efficient manner, AND PROVIDE A FORMIDABLE, EFFICIENT FORCE ON OUR BORDERS.

ALL Illegal Aliens in this country who want to work will fill in a application from the employer, who will submit it to a Special Immigration National Security Group, which will investigate for Felonies, etc.

If the application passes, a special ID Card will be issued, much like our Social Security Card, for TAX and BENEFIT purposes. The Employer shall abide by this Law that I shall introduce. Otherwise, they will spend a year in Federal Prison, no appeals, etc.

This Law will be designed to make any Illegal Alien a responsible individual who will pay taxes, receive the proper benefits from the employer, etc. and more importantly will be another quill in our National Security Program.

This Law, coupled with our Military protecting our Borders, will finally ensure Americans will be safe, and all others who circumvent will be prosecuted and/or deported forthwith. No Jail expense to the Taxpayer.

I will make sure that THE COUNTRY FROM WHICH THESE PEOPLE ARE RETURNED WILL BE BILLED AND PAY ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND TRAVEL EXPENSES OF THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT.
