Issue Position

"Today, the Supreme Court got it wrong. The idea of a tax for not buying anything greatly exceeds any power that Congress should have. The Founding Fathers never intended for the Federal Government to intrude in our lives as it does today. The SCOTUS ruling identifies 2 critical points that we all must understand.First, we cannot sit back and expect others to carry the load. In 2010 many American Patriots stepped up and got involved. They made sure their voice was heard then but have been quietly just watching now. We must once again rise up and fight for our country. We must fight to restore the limits on Government that the Founding Fathers intended. We must fight to restore the Constitution to its rightful place as the law of the land. Secondly, this decision shows the urgent need for State action to protect taxpayers and health care consumers from the harmful effects of this law. Now more than ever we need to elect true Conservative Constitutionalists with the character and integrity to stand firm on the values our country was founded on. This is our wake-up call! It is Now are Never if we are going to restore our liberties and individual freedoms that have made America great."
