"The House took an important first step in the battle to kill Obamacare, but the fight has only just begun. In order to ensure that Obamacare is dead and buried, the first step is sending President Obama back to Chicago in November. From the moment Obamacare was passed in 2010, I have been a strong and vocal opponent of the unconstitutional legislation. Since working to get over one million signatures on Revere America's "Repeal and Replace Obamacare Pledge,' I have fought to put this bill in the trash can of history where it belongs. As the next U.S. Senator from Texas, my top priority will be to repeal Obamacare, which is the greatest threat to freedom, liberty and our economy today."
