How many of us remember the Rethinking Redistricting? Here in the 4th congressional district, Congressman Todd Rokita proposed during the last election for an impartial and non-political redistricting following current boundary lines based on populations and geography instead of politics. However we see what has happened, once again the members of the statehouse including your district rep voted for political lines to maintain their hold on their district. Once again your best interest was not at the forefront of his actions. If elected I will introduce legislation to require the state to have outside non-political organizations determine the redistricting based on the model of Rethinking Redistricting. This will be based on geography and population not politics.
