Union workers, both public and private, have been key to making Michigan the solid middle class state we are today. Right to Work and other attacks on unions and working people by the Republican Party are the wrong way to build a better future. Both my wife and I have been union members as have many members of our immediate families (Retail Clerks, MEA, and UAW).
