As a former submarine officer in the U.S. Navy with experience in naval shipyards, IKE understands the importance of Submarine Base Bangor and the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton to our local economy. Let's focus our defense expenditures on maintaining our local bases in high levels of readiness and ensuring peace through strength. Let's bring our heros home to their families...and bring back jobs as well.

With his naval experience, IKE would have the highest level of credibility when discussing Keyport, Submarine Base Bangor and the Naval Shipyard with Navy leaders.
