Issue Position

We need to free the United States from its reliance on the dirty fuels of the nineteenth century and achieve American energy independence by investing in the clean energy technologies of the twenty-first century. I will fight to end subsidies to oil companies, investing instead in new clean energy technologies that will protect the air we breathe and the water we drink while creating jobs right here in Washington State.
