U.S. Rep. Ed Pastor, D-Ariz., issued the following statement today in reaction to the Supreme Court decision upholding the Affordable Healthcare Law.
"This is a profoundly important day for all Americans," Pastor said Thursday. "I commend the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Affordable Healthcare Law and continue with its implementation of vital provisions."
"With this ruling, the court recognized the opportunity we have as a nation to move forward and ensure that all Americans have the healthcare coverage they need and deserve. This decision will have a profound and positive impact on our country's health delivery system.
