What is freedom if not the right to secure the Natural Laws that are given by God? The principal purpose of government is to secure those freedoms and guiding principles guaranteed by our US Constitution. To do so, elected officials must live up to their oath of office. Both federal and state constitutions are contracts with its citizens. If elected, I will not consider myself only a "legislator" but a "soldier of the people" guarding their freedoms and opportunities. I will not support any legislation that is not supported by either the state or federal constitution, and I will work tirelessly either to nullify or divert unconstitutional mandates from the federal government, or meaningless legislation from our own General Assembly.
