Tami believes state government needs to be more efficient with your tax dollars, and as a nurse she understands the challenges of managing a family budget. That's why she said NO to a broad based sales tax increase that would have hurt our economic recovery and put strain on average families. Tami also cut excess government spending and insisted on performance audits at every level while closing tax loopholes. Tami understands the need for sacrifices to be made during these challenging times, and knows that government must work within a budget just like everyone else.
