Today, Susan Allen traveled to Southside Virginia for her final stops on the "Send a Message" tour. This morning, she stopped in Prince Edward County to attend a GOTV Event at the Prince Edward County Courthouse. She emphasized the importance of tomorrow's Republican Primary and sending a message to President Obama, Tim Kaine and their allies in Washington.
"Tomorrow is a chance for Virginians to stand up against the failed policies coming out of Washington," said Susan Allen. "By standing united behind George, we will let President Obama and Tim Kaine know that we are serious about bringing responsible governance and conservative principles back to the U.S. Senate. The people of Virginia are ready to elect a leader who will stand up for Virginia's families and small businesses and George is that leader."
The second stop of the day was a Charlotte County GOTV Event at the Charlotte County Courthouse. State Senator Frank Ruff urged supporters to help share George Allen's conservative message and vision for America's Comeback with their family and friends, encouraging them to get-out-the-vote.
"Tomorrow is Day-One for sending responsible, conservative principles back to the U.S. Senate," said Frank Ruff. "A solid win for George Allen in the Republican Primary is a clear sign for small business owners and Virginia families that we are positioned to take back our country. For too long, we have had to endure burdensome regulations of the Obama-Kaine administration. Tomorrow, by standing behind George Allen, we will tell them "no more'."
Susan Allen and Senator Ruff will end their day of campaigning in Halifax County, with a small business tour and meet and greet at Common Grounds Coffee Shop near South Boston.
