Public Corruption
Every taxpayer is violated when public money is stolen or inappropriately allocated by an elected official or government employee. Kathleen's approach will be one of transparency and cohesive information sharing between state and local authorities and citizens to prevent this abuse. She will take on corrupt officials regardless of political party and ensure they are brought to justice.

As a Prosecutor, Kathleen:

*Served as the lead Grand Jury prosecutor in the public corruption/obstruction of justice case involving a Court of Common Pleas Judge.
*Led an 18 month Grand Jury Investigation and collaborated with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Attorney General, the U.S. Attorney and local county detectives in uncovering abuses in Orphans' Court. During the investigation she examined dozens of witnesses under oath before the Grand Jury.
*Uncovered the systematic theft of student loan funds and scholarship monies by a company's CEO.
*Successfully argued a case involving voter fraud by an elected official before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
