Issue Position: The Constitution and Rule of Law

Issue Position

Date: Jan. 1, 2012
Issues: Judicial Branch

The Constitution establishes the rule of law for ensuring this great Republic of ours stays strong, free, and independent. These rules aren't to be arbitrarily altered at the whim of activist judges. The power to legislate rests firmly with the people through the Legislature at the state level, and Congress at the federal level -- never the bench.
