My Commitment to Voters...
Statement
I will never vote in violation of the Constitution or to deprive any innocent person of his or her rights or God-given liberties. Specifically, I will never vote to institute a draft. I will never vote to increase taxes, fees, regulations or any other burdens on my constituents or other Americans. I will keep all of my promises. Unless it would violate the previous commitments, I will seek to follow the will of my constituents and always represent their best interests, to the best of my judgment and ability. In fail to keep these promises, I will resign.
MACKO'S PROPOSALS: END THE POLICE STATE, STOP WORLD WAR III, AND GET OUT OF THE DEPRESSION
Vote for Macko to restore liberty. On December 31, while those Americans who still had jobs were planning to celebrate the new year, Barack Hussein Obama, alias Barry Soetoro, signed the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Section 1021 authorizes Obama to kidnap any American who he brands as a "terrorist", imprison him indefinitely without a trial and, implicitly, gives him the power to kill any American. On that day we crossed the line. Until this abominable law is repealed and Obama and every Congressman who voted for it are tried for treason, we are living in a dictatorship legalistically the same as Lenin's, Trotsky's and Stalin's Soviet Union, Mao's Red China and Hitler's National Socialist Germany. I will vote to repeal the obscenely misnamed "USA PATRIOT" Act, prevent the removal of citizenship from Americans, the Military Commissions Act, the John Warner "Defense" Act, the Homeland Security Department, the thieving, pervert Transportation Security Agency and all past and future police state measures of the Obama regime and all previous administrations which violate the Constitution and Bill of Rights, or which restrict our liberties. As Benjamin Franklin said, "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
I will vote to repeal all federal gun laws, beginning with Roosevelt's exorbitant, unconstitutional tax on automatic weapons and all other gun laws except this one: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
I will work to abolish the unconstitutional, thuggish Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. I will vote to repeal all federal drug laws, beginning with the Harrison Act of 1914, and abolish the Food and Drug Administration. Alcohol prohibition did not work. The drug war has created suffering and death, the highest incarceration rate in the world and was the greatest danger to our liberties before the police state measures which the Republicans and Democrats imposed after too many Americans were terrorized by 9-11, which was an inside job. I support Congressman Ron Paul's bill to abolish the Selective Service System. The Thirteenth Amendment abolished slavery except as punishment for a crime. I will oppose any new form of involuntary servitude under the collectivist guise of "national service." It should not be a crime to be a young person. If the American people are not willing to defend our homes and the Bill of Rights voluntarily as free men, which are the only just causes for war, our country does not deserve to exist and should never exist as a slave state. Macko will strive to stop World War III. Iran has as much right to have nuclear weapons as any country, especially since it is surrounded by nuclear powers such as the Zionist state of Israel, India and Pakistan and American armies in Afghanistan and Kuwait. We should bring all of our troops home now from all over the world and put as many as necessary on the southern border to stop the invasion from Mexico. We need to get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US, end all entangling alliances, and repeal GATT, NAFTA and other treaties which violate our sovereignty. Our objective and motto should be that of Jefferson; Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none.
To end the Depression, I propose the 0-0-0 Tax Plan, known for several decades as the Liberty Amendment. www.libertyamendment.org. This proposed constitutional amendment would require the fedgov to sell all unconstitutionally held federal land and other properties and repeal the federal income tax, gift tax and death tax in three years. I favor the repeal of Obamacare and support for states which nullify it and all other unconstitutional laws.
There should be a moratorium on income and payroll taxes until the current depression ends, as well as on gasoline taxes until gasoline is under $2 per gallon. Until private and government corporations are stripped of their limited liability, corporation taxes should be reduced to levels in the rest of the world. Corporations and other businesses do not pay taxes. They collect taxes from customers or go out of business.
We need to audit the Federal Reserve System, punish counterfeiters and traitors, regain our stolen wealth after the trials, and abolish the Fed. Congress should then use its authority to restore an honest money system of gold and silver, not fiat or fractional reserve currency. The federal minimum wage law, the Environmental Protection Agency, and all other hindrances to the free flow of commerce should be eliminated.

4. Repeal of the Seventeenth Amendment. Senators should be chosen by state legislatures. Direct election of senators destroyed the federal/state balance and severely weakened the ability of states to oppose the fedgov tyranny.
5. Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.
6. Neither Congress nor the states shall impede or hinder commerce.
LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION AND ENDS AT NATURAL DEATH.
Abortion is murder. I will promote legislation to remove the Supreme Court's appellate jurisdiction over abortion cases, thus nullifying the Roe vs. Wade decision which has caused the deaths of over 53,000,000 preborn Americans. GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
I do not intend to provide a list of government departments and agencies which should be abolished. Such a list would be far too long even for a website. I propose to keep the following departments; Defense, Treasury, Justice and State. However, the Defense Department would be given the responsibility of defending the American people and their property in the United States, including defending our southern border from invasion. The Department of Veterans Affairs should be combined with the Defense Department since it is a constitutional duty as well as moral obligation to care for those who have been maimed or otherwise injured in the service of our country, even in unconstitutional, unnecessary, counterproductive wars. The State Department should be restaffed with personnel whose loyalty is to the United States, not to a One World Government. The Treasury is the only department which may need a new agency, a land office to sell all of the property which would be affected by the Liberty Amendment. The Justice Department consisted of only the Attorney General until 1871, whose duty was to give the President legal advice. However, a hundred years of treason has created the need for prosecutors to make an example of traitors for the future.
The Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation should be abolished. We got along without them until after World War II, Roosevelt's War, and 1908 respectively. Intelligence which is necessary to protect us can be obtained by military officers who are stationed at our embassies.
The Constitution of the United States does not authorize Congress to interfere in health, medicine, food, housing, education or anything else which is not specified in Article 1 Section 8. The General Welfare clause and the Necessary and Proper Clause mean what is necessary for the welfare of all Americans and what is necessary and proper to protect the lives, liberty and property of all Americans. It does not give the government the rightful authority to steal from some people and give the results of the theft to others.
I believe that the Civil Service should be abolished. The Spoils system, which was initiated by one of the last great Democrat Presidents, Andrew Jackson, prevents the growth of a permanent bureaucracy.
All juries should be informed of their right to judge the law as well as the case. Freedom of the press was established by jury nullification, which helped end the Fugitive Slave Law and Prohibition.
All federal government employees should be required to take the Oath Keepers Oath See www.oathkeepers.org.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
218 members of the House of Representatives, acting alone without the Senate or the President, have the power to stop all of the unconstitutional, treasonous, idiotic policies which created our police state and are moving us into an acceleration of World War III and a possible economic collapse. The House of Representatives initiates all spending measures. Article 1 Section 7 Clause 1.
We could stop every measure which is destroying our country and which requires money to finance it. All of the unconstitutional, unnecessary, counterproductive programs which are destroying us, the police state, Obamacare, fedgov control of health, education, the police etc. could be stopped by 218 Congressmen who will not compromise or yield.
BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I was born in Cleveland in 1942, graduated from John Adams High School in 1960 and from Adelbert College of what is now Case Western Reserve University in 1964 with a BA in History.
I have attended Archangel Michael Orthodox Church, now in Broadview Heights, all of my life.
From 1966 to 1968 I served in the US Army and was honorably discharged with the rank of SP4 E4. I was an investment analyst at Cleveland Trust from 1968 to 1969, and adjustor at Associates Finance Company from 1969 to 1971, an agent at Statewide Insurance Service from 1971 to 1975 and an adjustor at what became Key Bank from 1973 until I retired in 2001.
My political experience includes being the American Party candidate for State Representative District 16 in 1972 3.5%, Libertarian candidate for Congress District 14 in 2008, 2.94%, and Libertarian candidate for State Representative District 17 in 2010, 5.56% which tied for second highest percentage of any alternate party candidate for the state legislature in a three way race in Ohio that year.
