Do You Think the Arizona Immigration Law is Constitutional

Location: Unknown

This week the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on Arizona's Immigration Law. The law allows state and local law enforcement officers to detain those suspected of being in the U.S illegally. The legislation also includes criminal charges for illegal immigrants who pursue or obtain employment in Arizona. Those against the law argued that only the federal government has the right to control immigration, not the states, so the Arizona law is unconstitutional. What do you think?
