Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) released the following statement today in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, which ends at sundown this evening:

"Holocaust Remembrance Day is a time when citizens of goodwill around the world, across America and throughout New Jersey reflect and remember Holocaust victims and survivors at special events and community gatherings.

"On this solemn occasion it is important that we remember those who perished, honor those who survived and pledge to retell their stories so that each generation to the next will never forget the horrific tragedies of Holocaust."
