Economy and Jobs
It is not the business of government to create jobs. Rather, jobs are the natural product of a nation that protects individual freedom.

While the government can certainly "create jobs," they are created at the expense of jobs in the private sector. After all, socialist and communist nations have nearly 100% employment (like the Soviet Union in the past, or Cuba and North Korea today). Yes, they may have 100% employment - but they have little food, shelter, transportation, or freedom.

The surest way to increase the economic prosperity of the United States is to turn away from its current socialist course and back to one of economic freedom, where the government is restricted to its constitutional roles: protector of individual life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
