States' Rights are Your Rights!

The United States is a constitutional federal republic. That means the federal government has specific powers given to it by the States. The States were supposed to have power to protect the citizens from federal overreach, but, over the years, the federal government has stolen more and more power.

Today, the federal government is involved in everything: Federal agencies own or control over two-thirds of Utah land. Unelected federal bureaucrats regulate every business in Utah and control our education programs. Federal courts make and invalidate laws in direct defiance of what the citizens want.

It's time that Congress gives up power it should never have had. The more local your government is, the more the citizens can control it.
