Issue Position: Education
Clark Hall started his education in a one-room schoolhouse in East Arkansas. He understands the value of a good education, how far we have come in Arkansas and how far we have to go. During Clark Hall's service in the state legislature, Arkansas rose to sixth in the nation in national education rankings. Washington did not do that. Arkansas students, parents and teachers did it. The federal government's role in education is limited as most education policies and decisions are decided at the state and local level. As Arkansas's next Congressman from the First District, Clark Hall will seek to work with and support state and local policy-makers in continuing to improve Arkansas's public education system.
