Congressman Fattah Says Terrorism Arrests Again Show Attorney General Eric Holder's Steady Competence

Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA), the senior House Democratic appropriator for the U.S. Department of Justice, issues the following statement concerning the Department of Justice and Attorney General Eric Holder:

"Attorney General Eric Holder has proven once again that he is forcefully directing the nation's primary law enforcers in the Department of Justice, to protect the United States against the true threats to our nation while remaining a champion of justice.

"The Attorney General, the FBI, the U.S. Attorney in Manhattan and others are to be commended for their sure-handed work in halting and making arrests in this Iranian fueled bombing plot against prominent targets in Washington D.C.

"Once again Attorney General Holder has shown his steady competence while his critics waste everyone's time majoring in the minors instead of our national interest."
