Issue Position

Todd is on the record prosecuting and convicting elected officials who have misused their authority and violated the trust of the people they serve. Even our current Attorney General recognized Todd's strong and independent voice for justice, appointing him as a special prosecutor over a dozen times throughout his career. Todd will put aside partisan politics, act as an advocate for all Kentuckians and seek out and fight corruption wherever it exists.
