Issues: Animals and Wildlife
Last week, I joined my colleague Rep. Jim Gerlach at the Francisvale Shelter for Small Animals in Radnor to talk about how the bipartisan Puppy Uniform Protection and Safety (PUPS) Act would help combat puppy mills and protect pet owners. As a dog owner myself, I'm proud to cosponsor this bill that demands the humane treatment of dogs and greater oversight of breeders that sell pets for profit. Read more about this issue here.
