I recently introduced bipartisan legislation to ensure robust intelligence analysis and information sharing related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) weapons. H.R. 2764, the WMD Intelligence and Information Sharing Act of 2011, provides guidance for the Department of Homeland Security to engage in and support intelligence activities related to CBRN and to share such intelligence information with partners.
