Statement by Congressman Brian Higgins on New National Labor Relations Board Rules

Statement

Date: June 24, 2011

"I support the right of American workers to decide for themselves whether they want to organize. It should be a choice based on accurate information and free from intimidation from all parties. The common sense reforms proposed this week by the National Labor Relations Board reduce the cost of elections for employers and unions, reduce litigation and streamline the process to avoid unnecessary delay in concluding the election."
