Cairo Public Utilities Company Receives USDA Award

CAIRO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY RECEIVES USDA AWARD
Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that the Cairo Public Utilities Company, Inc. has received a $600,000 loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Rural Development. The funds will be used to enhance natural gas services.
"Improving utility service enhances quality of life and provides business opportunities," Costello said. "I will continue to support these efforts."
